Here at Springvale Primary we expect every stakeholder to take safety and safeguarding very seriously. We have key policies and systems in place to support our children and to ensure that they can feel safe, supported and happy in our school environment.

We have several child-friendly mechanisms for sharing concerns (including worry monsters, a buddy bench and our older pupils act as wellbeing leaders or sports leaders) as well as a pastoral care leader who can give children quality time, should it be required. We also have a School Counsellor called Sonia who visits us each month to work with children and/or parents where needed. Please ask us for details!

If you have a concern about the safety of a member of our community, no matter how large or small, please contact our safeguarding leaders shown below.
